TRAINING TIMETABLE
This is our current training timetable which is set to expand as required. In the afternoon times, we run a staggered start in that every 20 minutes, 4 athletes can start their 50-60 minute session.
These sessions are booked in advance and are capped to ensure every athlete is coached during every session, helping get the most out of their training.
