WHAT IS IT?
Our field sessions take patients through a systemised return to running program, with both linear and lateral progressions. Patients are prescribed an individualised session plan that the supervising therapist will help conduct. Each session is made up of a structured warm up, running form drills and faster drills, all at a level that you are ready for. Just like we progress our rehab in the gym, field sessions are progressed to ensure you are ready to return to training/sport/running schedule.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Once we have earned the right to run in the gym, simply going and running again is not advised. There is nothing we can do in the gym, no weight we can push, that can simulate the forces experienced during running.
Because of this, we want to make sure we prescribe the right dose of running and change of direction work, to prevent aggravation of symptoms or re-injury.

This service also allows a therapist to evaluate your running and stepping technique, helping work on improving mechanics and running efficiency.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Just like a gym membership, our semi-private rehab sessions and field sessions are paid for via a weekly subscription. The same price no matter whether you come once or 5 times a week. We want to reward those who are committed to getting a great outcome, so each patient has the opportunity to get as much value as they want from this physiotherapy rehab option.

All rehab and field sessions can be claimed on all major private health providers as a "physiotherapy class". A weekly invoice is sent to your email, outlining how many sessions you attended that week, allowing you to claim back your entitlements. Rebates usually take a day.
WHAT TIMES ARE THE CLASSES?
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
We encourage patients to wear suitable activewear for their sessions, bringing along a water bottle and towel. We also stress that it is important to eat and drink prior to your sessions, as your rehab program is likely to challenge you.
Our class schedule changes very rarely, however to see an updated timetable, please click here
