INITIAL ATHLETE TESTING
Here at Game Time Performance, we have invested heavily in world-leading sports science equipment to leave nothing to guesswork with our programs.
​
Off-season athletes will go through our testing combine, assessing their strength, power, capacity, acceleration and speed, utilising world leading sports-science equipment to identify their strength and weaknesses.

COACH ASSIGNMENT & PROGRAMMING
Every athlete is assigned their own expert coach, who is responsible for not only your program, but also as a support person throughout the 10 weeks.
​
Using your testing data, sporting goals, training and injury history, your coach will create a athlete-specific strength and conditioning program, accessible through our training app Teambuildr, with video demonstrations, reps, sets etc all mapped out for you!

TRAINING AT GAME TIME OR ELSEWHERE
In-person athletes have unlimited access to our semi-private performance sessions here at Game Time to complete their individualised program (see timetable below).

If training online, athletes will have full access to their tailored program on our mobile app, ensuring they are getting the same quality programs to that of our in-person team.

Here at Game Time Performance, we implement a rolling start to our sessions.​
​
What this means is that every 20 minutes, 6 athletes can start their program (60 minute session).
​
This maximises equipment availability and coaching quality, maximising every minute our athletes are in our building.
​
Athletes book on a mobile app, choosing the best times for them, changing week to week as their schedule allows.

SPEED & CONDITIONING
Our coached speed & conditioning sessions ensure that all the work in the gym carry over to your sport.
​
Each session works on an athlete's running mechanics, acceleration, speed, agility and conditioning, helping athletes make enormous improvement in their off-season.
​
For those who are training online, these sessions will be programmed on your Teambuildr app allowing you to do them at any time you want.

PHYSIOTHERAPY SUPPORT
Here at Game Time Performance, our sports physiotherapy are on hand to help you get over any niggles you have picked up during the season.
​
GTP athletes get big discounts on all consultations with our physio team.
​
If you injured yourself playing sport this year but are yet to claim, you may be eligible to be reimbursed $1000-$7500 on your rehab prior to next season. Don't worry, we have everything you need to make a claim and ensure you get your entitlements.

We have two training options for athletes this off-season, in-person or online:
​
In-Person: $85 per week or $750 upfront (save $100)
​
Online: $50 per week or $400 upfront (save $100)
​
Both options include initial and final performance testing, coach support and individualised programming, the difference is where you train!
OFF-SEASON CHALLENGE
Here at Game Time, community is everything.
​
Throughout this off-season, athletes will be split into 4 groups, no matter the program they're on. Each team will have a Coach as their captain to maximise support, accountability and results over your program.
​
Over the 10 weeks, each athlete will be able to score points for their team for attendance, work ethic, wins and social media posts and much more.
​
At the end of the 10 weeks, we will crown a male, female and overall team winner, with trophies and prizes to celebrate the 10 weeks of hard work.

ABOUT US
Our mission here at Game Time has always been to provide our patients and athletes with a level of care that is usually only accessible in professional sport. Plain and simple. We’ve seen what is out there within our profession, and we know who we are and what we want to provide everyone who walks through our door. Game Time started back in 2016 in a 2m by 3m room above a group-fitness gym. With minimal resources and exposure, we focused solely on providing our patient community with the best level of care we could. Over the next 2.5 years, our founder Aaron Turnbull, built the business up to the point that we needed to scale, moving 300m down the road and opening our first facility in 2019.​
​
After years of working with sporting teams and athletes, we launched Game Time Performance, offering strength and conditioning services to our affiliate clubs. It initially started by covering both physiotherapy and strength and conditioning for a number of local clubs, creating a Head of Performance role that looked after everything. This then led to the start of our Athlete Development Programs, providing sport-specific, individualised programs to athletes of all levels onsite and online all around the world.
On June 3rd 2024, we then re-branded, with both physio, rehab and strength and conditioning services now all under the name "Game Time Performance". This day was a line in the sand moment for our facility, deciding to no longer follow the conventional, sessional approach to physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Our offerings give patients everything they need to earn a great outcome, whilst maximising consistency, accountability and quality every step of the way.
