Game Time Physiotherapy, a renowned sports-focused physiotherapy and athlete strength and conditioning facility, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team.
Game Time is different to most providers, providing a rehab model that provides their patients with all the tools they need to take the guesswork out of their rehab and get back to what they love. Our Elite Rehab Program provides patients with a plethora of services every week for a fixed fee, enabling them to get the most amount of value and level of rehabilitation on offer.
This exciting and varied position is perfect for one motivated professional who wants to get away from the traditional physiotherapy rehab model and the back-to-back grind. With a combination of 1:1 consultations, gym rehab classes, field rehab sessions and sports coverage, this role provides an opportunity to make a real impact and lasting rehabilitation outcomes.
Not only does this role involve providing world-class physiotherapy and rehabilitation services but also could potentially involve leading the physiotherapy program for a local rugby league enhancing athletic performance and promoting overall wellness (TBC).
The role initially involves 20 hours per week with a 40% commission scheme (whatever is higher at the end of a fortnight, the physiotherapist receives). This will be reviewed every 3 months, aiming to progress base hours per week here at Game Time.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver high-quality physiotherapy services across various sports and clientele.

Conduct thorough assessments of a varied musculoskeletal and sport conditions, injuries, and disorders.

Develop and implement personalised treatment plans, rehabilitation programs, and injury prevention strategies for athletes and patients of all ages.

Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on return to training and play timelines.

Lead the physiotherapy program for a local rugby league club, working closely with players, coaching staff, and club management (TBC).

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.

Maintain high standards of rehab programming, ensuring your patients have updated plans to what they need in their recovery.

Work collaboratively with strength and conditioning staff to integrate physiotherapy support into training programs.

Supervise group rehab and performance sessions, providing coaching cues and modifying programs as required.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.

Current AHPRA registration.

Minimum 1 year of experience, with experience in sport.

Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be comfortable in clinic, gym and field environments.

Commitment to working weekends and trainings offsite..

Full drivers license.
