COMPLETELY INDIVIDUALISED S&C: $249 P/4WKS

Not everyone is the same athlete, so for premium results, we have our premium online service. Individualised strength and conditioning sessions to work on your specific weaknesses and goals, wherever you are in the world. Fortnightly check-ins and 24/7 email support helps ensure you are always on track and completing your sessions as intended. As a GTP athlete, you will be sent your own gym merchandise and have your own unique athlete number (never to be handed out again). This truly is the best performance option for athletes who have the work ethic, just need the guidance.

Additional conditioning work to take your sporting performance to the next level. Forget boring runs that just suck, train smarter with our sport-specific conditioning work. Email support throughout programs with optional phone call.

Physiotherapy consultations at Game Time may be claimed under your sporting insurance, as part of your yearly fees. We will organise and submit all paperwork for you if you qualify. Otherwise the cheaper rate of $50/$70 senior/junior) will be honoured whilst on the program.

* Game Time Athlete contracts are a minimum of 12 weeks long. Signing up to these programs makes the athlete viable to pay the weekly fee for entirety of contract. Longer contracts may qualify for cheaper weekly rates.
