Providing our patients with the opportunity to take control of their rehab, following their individualised program in a small group setting.
Semi-Private Rehab Sessions
WHAT IS IT?
Our semi-private rehab sessions allow patients to come in to our facility multiple times per week, to work on their rehab program under supervision of their physiotherapist. We have 20, 45 minute sessions available per week, with each session capped at 6 people to ensure 1:1 coaching and feedback. Every patient within each session completes their own individualised program, with access gained through our mobile app.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
One of the biggest contributing factors to re-injury is lack of rehabilitation volume and intensity. What we mean by that is patients often don't do their rehab enough, let alone hard enough. When we increase the volume of rehab work, followed by the intensity, we take the guesswork out on whether you are ready to return to what you love.
Most physio rehab plans involve 1 x 30 minute session per week. Access to these sessions helps patients easily quadruple their weekly contact with their physio for the same price as a regular consultation.

With all the equipment we have at our disposal, we are able to progress patients to very high levels of load (once they're ready), making sure the have earned the right to return to what they enjoy.
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Just like a gym membership, our semi-private rehab sessions are paid for via a weekly subscription. The same price no matter whether you come once or 5 times a week. We want to reward those who are committed to getting a great outcome, so each patient has the opportunity to get as much value as they want from this physiotherapy rehab option.

All rehab sessions can be claimed on all major private health providers as a "physiotherapy class". A weekly invoice is sent to your email, outlining how many sessions you attended that week, allowing you to claim back your entitlements. Rebates usually take a day.
HOW DO I BOOK THESE SESSIONS?
After an initial assessment, your physiotherapist will recommend what they believe is the best treatment recommendations for your unique condition. When they believe you are ready or if it is right or you, they will help set up access to this service and program accordingly.

WHERE IS THE FACILITY?
We are located at 1/449 Lytton Road, Morningside 4170.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
We encourage patients to wear suitable activewear for their sessions, bringing along a water bottle and towel. We also stress that it is important to eat and drink prior to your sessions, as your rehab program is likely to challenge you.
