-
What if I’m sick? From time to time, you may be unwell. Unfortunately, we don’t strength and conditioning sessions. If you are away sick for a week or more, we are happy to extend your access to our gym to continue your performance program. For rehab memberships, when communicated effectively, we add the missed time to the end of your agreed upon rehab timeframe to maximise rehab ouctomes.
-
Can I pause my membership? You may pause your strength and conditioning subscription by submitting a request in writing to accounts@gametimeperformance.com.au or submitting a request form via our website in the members area. Pauses will be granted only for those outside of their initial training block and for absences longer than 2 weeks. Rehab memberships however are not able to be paused. The reason we have formal commitments when it comes to rehab is to maximise quality and effectiveness, preventing rehab from taking longer than it needs to and ensuring our patients get back to what they love. Dilution of treatment/rehab only leads to poorer outcomes and often more time/money investment. We are still human however and are happy to discuss cases as required.
-
Why are we a subscription-based physio provider? We have found that treatment outcomes and performance outcomes are significantly improved when there is a higher level of commitment. This commitment is how we provide such a high level of service. Your rehab membership provides you access to all of our services including access to your program on our app, access to our gym and rehabilitation facilities and access to your physiotherapist at varying frequencies. We believe this approach maximises consistency, quality and accountability, ensuring rehab is done once and done well.
