STRENGTH TESTING
Every athlete no matter the sport, needs to be strong in their own way.
Strength is the foundation for speed, power, and injury resilience in sport. Without it, athletes struggle to perform at their peak or recover from setbacks. We test upper and lower body strength to establish where each athlete is at, to identify imbalances or weaknesses

POWER TESTING
Power is what turns strength into speed, agility, and explosiveness on the field. It’s the difference between getting to the ball first or getting left behind.
We test power through a series of jumps—both vertical and horizontal—to assess how efficiently athletes produce force and to uncover any imbalances between limbs and ways of generating power.
These tests provide insight into an athlete's plyometric ability and what future programs should bias for each athlete.
SPEED AND AGILITY TESTING
Speed and agility are critical for reacting faster, changing direction, and creating separation in sport.
Using speed gate technology, we test an athlete’s sprint times and change-of-direction ability with precision.
This data reveals how efficiently they accelerate, decelerate, and move laterally—key indicators of game-day performance.

COMBINE TESTING REPORT + VIDEO EXPLANATION
After your combine testing, our team will send through a summary report, highlighting key findings from our combine testing battery.

Not only will you receive a pdf copy, but one of our team will make a short video, explaining your results in a language that makes sense, providing you full clarity on what it will take for you to take the next step in your sport and level up your performance.​​
